Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, along with at least 2 years of experience in a Lead PM/Group PM/CPO role, demonstrating a strong technical understanding of products and the ability to effectively communicate with development teams. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and stakeholders, are essential, alongside strong relationship-building abilities and a stakeholder-focused mindset. Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required for clear communication with the team, clients, and documentation writing.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Product Ecom, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing the Sweed platform, ensuring it remains compliant with the complex legal landscape of the cannabis industry, and driving business growth through innovation and customer-friendly features. You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams, including developers, QA specialists, and analysts, led by Team Leads and Product Owners, to continuously improve the platform's delivery processes and roll out new features, while also aligning product development with business and user needs through close collaboration with the CEO, account managers, and customer success team.
