Sweed is a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. We're seeking a Head of Product Ecom to join our team remotely and help us scale and optimize our platform. We combine POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, and Inventory Management into a single, seamless solution.

Team Structure

  • Development Team: Distributed globally, organized into cross-functional product teams (8-12 members per team, including developers, QA specialists, and analysts). Each team is led by a Team Lead and a Product Owner.
  • CEO, Account Managers, and Customer Success Team: Based in the USA, working closely with us to align product development with business and user needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead PM/Group PM/CPO role.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong technical understanding of the product and the ability to communicate effectively with the development team.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills – comfortable managing multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and different stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building abilities – collaborating with internal experts, engineers, and customers.
  • Stakeholder Focus: A stakeholder-focused mindset – anticipating needs, communicating effectively, and keeping teams aligned.
  • Product Excellence & Growth: Excels in creating exceptional products and driving metrics growth.
  • Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English; ability to communicate with the English-speaking team, clients, and write/read documentation in English.
