Responsibilities

  • Identify and meticulously curate the 5-year digital roadmap
  • Champion initiatives that keep cross functional teams aligned to the digital roadmap
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify areas to reduce a digital footprint, while streamlining the customer experience, increasing conversion and reducing friction
  • Benchmark AT&T’s digital performance against industry standards and internal goals
  • Analyze current product performance to identify optimization areas that provide incremental growth tracking against 5-year goals
