A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in software development and technical leadership roles is required, along with an in-depth understanding of telecom domain data, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Proven expertise in application architecture, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), security architecture, full stack architecture, and data architecture is essential. Hands-on experience with microservices, REST APIs, containerization, CI/CD, data lakes, and security frameworks is necessary. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences, and proven team leadership and mentoring capabilities are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with large-scale telecom solutions, cloud or security certifications, familiarity with big data technologies, and knowledge of DevOps practices and telecom-specific protocols.
The Lead Data/AI Engineer will lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of innovative telecom products. This includes providing architectural guidance across application, cloud, security, full stack, and data domains, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives. Responsibilities also involve analyzing complex telecom data to drive data-driven solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and defining/enforcing architectural standards. The role includes overseeing the selection and integration of tools and platforms, mentoring technical teams, embedding security and compliance throughout the product lifecycle, and contributing to the long-term technology strategy.
