Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations of large-scale Logiwa FMS projects, overseeing all workstreams and ensuring cohesive design; act as functional lead, managing teams of Associate Consultants or Consultants
Manage multiple medium or small-scale implementations, guiding Consultants or Senior Consultants
Spearhead design of innovative solutions for complex customer requirements, including integrations with ERPs, MHE, and third-party systems
Actively engage with customer leadership, managing expectations, influencing outcomes, and guiding based on industry best practices
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks; manage scope, handle change requests, and lead conversations with senior client executives
Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants, providing guidance, reviewing work, and fostering growth
Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology
