Requirements

  • Expert in Professional Services organization, capable of leading complex, large-scale FMS implementations
  • Ability to work closely with customers to understand business needs and deliver solutions for successful FMS deployment
  • Experience leading Consultants or Senior Consultants on implementation engagements
  • Act as trusted advisor to clients, guiding on supply chain best practices and maximizing ROI
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to implementation methodology evolution

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of large-scale Logiwa FMS projects, overseeing all workstreams and ensuring cohesive design; act as functional lead, managing teams of Associate Consultants or Consultants
  • Manage multiple medium or small-scale implementations, guiding Consultants or Senior Consultants
  • Spearhead design of innovative solutions for complex customer requirements, including integrations with ERPs, MHE, and third-party systems
  • Actively engage with customer leadership, managing expectations, influencing outcomes, and guiding based on industry best practices
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks; manage scope, handle change requests, and lead conversations with senior client executives
  • Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants, providing guidance, reviewing work, and fostering growth
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology
