Requirements

  • 4+ years in a Customer Success Operations/Gainsight Admin role
  • Level 3 Gainsight certification
  • Proven ability to write high-quality solution design documents, requirement specs, and technical documentation
  • Proven ability to manage work to a project schedule
  • Strong orientation toward solutions, with structured process adherence
  • Extensive Gainsight workflow, dashboard, and reporting experience
  • Familiarity integrating Gainsight with Salesforce.com and project tools like JIRA
  • Experience delivering within a defined release process and managing change control
  • Experience with pooled and/or digital CSM models
  • Excellent communication, collaborative, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Design future-state workflows aligned with customer engagement and Gainsight capabilities
  • Serve as solution architect and implementer: end-to-end Gainsight workflows, dashboards, and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders through requirements gathering, solution design, beta testing, documentation, and rollout
  • Integrate Gainsight solutions with Salesforce.com, ensuring seamless data flow, account/opportunity alignment, and workflow consistency
  • Connect Gainsight with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and other systems
  • Stay current on Gainsight’s latest features and incorporate them into solutions
  • Embed AI capabilities (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar) into Gainsight workflows to augment Customer Success strategies
  • Document technical solutions, configurations, and user requirements clearly and comprehensively
