Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy, and have a minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience. Experience working in GMP laboratories, a strong scientific background, and a clear understanding of quality laboratory issues and activities are essential. Additionally, knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, GMP requirements, data integrity principles, analytical methods, laboratory documentation, and control processes are required, along with proven experience adapting computer systems to business processes.

Responsibilities

The LabVantage Deployment Specialist will lead site implementations of LabVantage, manage deployment documentation, and serve as a subject matter expert in areas like sample management, batch release, stability, or lab execution. They will assist with data discovery, triage change requests, manage third-party partners, and ensure compliance with data integrity and GMP requirements. Responsibilities also include standardizing global business processes, providing ongoing support and issue resolution, coaching users, supporting system releases through UAT and procedure updates, and assisting with inspections and master data management.
