Exceptional technical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are required, along with the capacity to multitask, meet deadlines, gauge risks, and creatively resolve issues. Experience with SailPoint's Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and SaaS delivery practices is beneficial.
The Technical Product Support and Services Engineer will provide first-class post-sales support to SailPoint's customers, managing strategic accounts and ensuring successful delivery of SailPoint's solutions. This role involves identifying the cause of post-deployment Out-Of-The-Box issues and customizations, collaborating with the team to resolve them, and ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting the Support and Services Manager, working with regional engineers and escalation managers, participating in open communication to improve team effectiveness, reviewing goals and team metrics, and promptly managing case escalations.
