Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 and 2 support for all IT related matters
  • Escalation of tickets to problem or change requests
  • Working with third party vendors to resolve tickets
  • Manage all Desktop, Linux, Windows infrastructure
  • Achieve agreed service level agreements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation
  • Manage procurement activities and logistics of equipment requests
  • Contribute to IT projects
  • Any other associated task as directed by Respect
  • Any other tasks as reasonably assigned by Manager
