This is a hybrid position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm PHT.
Required are minimum ITIL foundations certification, 5 years experience in Service Desk or IT support, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification. Nice-to-have skills include G-Suite, Office 365, printer management, Microsoft Server, Windows desktop OS, Active Directory, and others like Linux, virtualization, and networking.
