Responsibilities

They will standardize documentation deliverables and translation strategies across Kraken products, ensuring information accuracy, relevance, and accessibility. Responsibilities include creating learning modules, promoting knowledge sharing, identifying knowledge gaps, facilitating best practices for information architecture, and writing, reviewing, and editing content. The role involves developing and maintaining the company style guide, guiding the choice of knowledge management tools, managing knowledge management systems, and training employees on their use. Additionally, the Knowledge Manager will oversee internal content organization, help automate processes, track and measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.
