Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and maintain user-focused documentation to support a growing product portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the user community to create technical content and in-product guidance
  • Build community and cross-functional relationships to expand knowledge of products, users, and problems
  • Stay up-to-date on tech writing industry trends and apply learnings to innovate
  • Learn from the team to improve writing, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture
  • Be willing to occasionally perform duties outside of standard working hours due to remote-first nature of the company
