Requirements
Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess knowledge of wine varietals, countries, and regions, and have a desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services. Prior management experience and retail experience in the spirits industry are preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
As a Keyholder, responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, driving sales through BRS products, building customer relationships, replenishing and maintaining inventory, passing required certifications, organizing vendor communication, assisting with training, performing cashier functions, managing cash, coaching team members, ensuring pricing and signage accuracy, maintaining store safety standards, assisting in promotions and events, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role also requires the ability to frequently stand and move, carry or lift items up to 50 pounds, and bend or kneel.
