Requirements

  • Native-level Korean fluency (written and spoken) and professional-level English, Chinese speaking is a big plus
  • 3–5+ years of experience in key account management, partnerships, or business development in gaming, Web3, or tech industries
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, token economies, NFTs, or GameFi preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and communicate effectively across cultures and teams
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and partnership reporting
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture key partnerships with major Korean clients in the Web3, Exchange and gaming sectors
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its Korean partners, ensuring strong and trusted relationships
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration, co-marketing, and technical integration to drive mutual value
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and partner success
  • Track partner performance, manage renewals, and prepare regular business reviews and strategic updates
  • Stay current on Web3 trends, gaming innovations, and Korean market dynamics to advise both internal stakeholders and partners
  • Represent the company at Korean industry events, conferences, and community meetups
