Requirements

Native-level Korean fluency (written and spoken) and professional-level English, Chinese speaking is a big plus
3–5+ years of experience in key account management, partnerships, or business development in gaming, Web3, or tech industries
Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, token economies, NFTs, or GameFi preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and communicate effectively across cultures and teams
Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and partnership reporting
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Layer1/Layer2 blockchains, launchpads, wallets, or NFT marketplaces
Existing network within the Korean crypto or gaming communities
Background in project management or ecosystem growth in Web3

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture key partnerships with major Korean clients in the Web3, Exchange and gaming sectors
Act as the primary liaison between the company and its Korean partners, ensuring strong and trusted relationships
Identify opportunities for collaboration, co-marketing, and technical integration to drive mutual value
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and partner success
Track partner performance, manage renewals, and prepare regular business reviews and strategic updates
Stay current on Web3 trends, gaming innovations, and Korean market dynamics to advise both internal stakeholders and partners
Represent the company at Korean industry events, conferences, and community meetups
