  • Experience of managing corporate partnership and affinity relationships
  • Thorough working knowledge of the motor insurance industry gained through experience in a variety of technical, development and operational roles
  • Experience of insurance change initiatives particularly the building and delivery of new schemes and arrangements
  • Commercially aware and able to effectively represent Wrisks interests and requirements
  • Operationally numerate - able to understand and interpret data and key performance indicators
  • Well developed communication and negotiation skills
  • A problem solver, able to originate creative solutions
  • Degree level educated - ACII qualified or progression towards

Responsibilities

  • Be the focal point for all day to day operational queries with our affinity partner clients
  • Ensure partner performance standards are achieved
  • Ensure revenue plans and income results are achieved
  • Manage relationships with our affinity partner clients and ensure outcomes are mutually beneficial in terms of growth and return
  • Identify new opportunities and work with stakeholders to shape commercially viable responses
  • Understand key performance data and use this information to drive activity to support overall plan objectives
  • Provide commercial and technical guidance to wider sales and proposition development activity
  • Contribute to annual and other periodic planning
  • Collaborate with the platform product teams to harness the innovation power of Wrisk
  • Ensure all activity is compliant at all times
  • Deliver fair outcomes for policyholders
