Responsibilities

  • Trabajo planificado y coordinado de su cartera de clientes con el objetivo de lograr el cumplimiento de los KPIs determinados
  • Contacto permanente y estrecho con stakeholders de sus instituciones a cargo
  • Facilitar el proceso interno de venta y despacho de producto, cumpliendo con los procesos de la división y las condiciones del cliente, asegurando un proceso de ventas ágil y satisfactorio para ambas partes
  • Visita Médica (promoción de productos en grilla determinada)
  • Gestionar la información, elaborar reportes requeridos por la compañía respecto de: cobertura, inventario, pacientes, entre otros que se requieran de manera periódica
  • Generación de nuevos negocios
  • Gestionar la cartera de clientes asignada, desarrollando e implementando el plan de cuentas en coordinación con marketing, comercial y las demás áreas relacionadas
  • Responsable del manejo del proceso comercial con dichas instituciones (coordinación OCs, despachos, cobranza, entre otros), con el fin de mantener la relación más adecuada posible para satisfacer todas las necesidades que presentan dichos clientes en referencia a la propuesta de valor ofrecida por la división
