Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Proficient in Dutch, English, and ideally French
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access or sales, preferably with biosimilars or specialty care
  • Experience in biosimilars or therapy areas such as Rare Disease, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare systems at national and local levels
  • Proven ability to open new markets and drive access strategy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy aligned with company goals
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, prescribers, and healthcare decision-makers
  • Identify target customers through maintaining and analyzing customer records
  • Produce an appropriate territory business plan
  • Educate target audiences on the value proposition of our biosimilar product portfolio
  • Identify access barriers and develop tailored solutions to gain market entry and drive adoption
  • Utilize CRM and planning tools to track progress and optimize outreach
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Lead local market access initiatives and support internal teams with training and market insights
