Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
Proficient in Dutch, English, and ideally French
Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access or sales, preferably with biosimilars or specialty care
Experience in biosimilars or therapy areas such as Rare Disease, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology
Deep knowledge of healthcare systems at national and local levels
Proven ability to open new markets and drive access strategy
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy aligned with company goals
Build strong relationships with key accounts, prescribers, and healthcare decision-makers
Identify target customers through maintaining and analyzing customer records
Produce an appropriate territory business plan
Educate target audiences on the value proposition of our biosimilar product portfolio
Identify access barriers and develop tailored solutions to gain market entry and drive adoption
Utilize CRM and planning tools to track progress and optimize outreach
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly
Lead local market access initiatives and support internal teams with training and market insights
