The Key Account Manager will develop a deep understanding of client mission sets, map account whitespace, and create strategic account plans to drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sale activities, utilizing a consultative approach to engage clients. This role involves maintaining accurate Salesforce data, providing reliable forecasts, driving referral sales, staying informed on competitive intelligence, and performing other related duties as assigned.
