Responsibilities

  • Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagship companies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders to identify needs and help clients achieve goals through Alan
  • Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan's health partner positioning for massive adoption by employees and admins
  • Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews
  • Identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage existing customers
  • Be in charge of cross-selling/upselling the portfolio to answer customer needs and pain points
  • Renegotiate contracts to guarantee great value for money and sustainable profitability
  • Participate in the evolution of products and services by acting as the voice of customers with Product teams
