Auswertung und Aktualisierung von Wartungsverträgen
Regelmäßige Überwachung der Kostenentwicklung im Auftragsbestand und Bericht an die Bereichsleitung mit Empfehlungen zur Plankostenanpassung
Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung bzw. Optimierung des Berichtssystems (Controlling)
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
