Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in field operations, installation, customer support, or a similar hands-on role, and be comfortable traveling up to 80% of the time across U.S. regions, including occasional evenings or weekends. They must be 21 years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record, and possess a tech-savvy mindset with comfort using mobile apps, web tools, and digital documentation.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Field Operations Product Specialist, the individual will assist in installations and repairs for VIP and escalated customer cases alongside senior team members, provide real-time support via the Technician Support Hotline, conduct installation and repair field audits, serve as a Tonal ambassador during in-home visits, support/P0 activities, conduct regular reviews with operations management and logistics partners, track and report field issues, help maintain updated field documentation, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth handoffs and communication. They will also consider costs and budget for activities and provide input for cost-saving measures, uphold high standards for safety and customer satisfaction, and assist in pilot testing new tools and techniques.
