Requirements

Candidates should possess proven account management experience within the technology space, a travel industry background being an advantage, and demonstrated tech-savviness with the ability to communicate technical product features effectively. Knowledge of the Spanish travel industry and previous experience with travel technology products is desired, along with excellent negotiation skills including experience with contracts and processes. Project management experience and proven experience in solution-based sales with superior presentation skills are also required, alongside strong interpersonal, relationship building, and team building skills, and the willingness to work independently as a self-starter.

Responsibilities

The Junior Account Manager will proactively manage and grow the company's customer portfolio while exceeding semi-annual and annual revenue goals, developing retention strategies and customer growth plans, generating proposals that meet aggressive sales objectives, and developing and nurturing multiple key client relationships with customers complemented by superior customer service. They will collaborate with the product team to create solutions tailored to exceed client expectations, communicate account forecasts to and set sales strategy with the local Head of Sales, deliver world-class products and services through profitable renewal, conversion, and new sale development, interface with cross-functional product, support, and marketing teams connected to projects in the Spanish market, maintain a high level of customer involvement positioning Sabre as an innovative growing player in the Spanish market, and comfortably present products and services to all levels of the organization. The role also involves meeting and exceeding annual quotas for forecasted bookings, helping to develop key vendor partnerships, working with the Customer Enablement organization, and effectively cross-selling opportunities with other Sabre products and services.
