This role offers an opportunity for an Atlanta-based Junior Account Manager to join a rapidly growing Accounts team. You will be responsible for relationship management with a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful execution of media campaigns and fostering strong client relationships. The focus is on client excellence, proactive communication, and exceeding expectations through impeccable service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary liaison for client’s ad operations team on campaign execution, management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to client and/or Account Management team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as product management, software development, and ad operations to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery of services, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Exceed client expectations through elevated customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements; and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the Account Management team.
  • Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with the software, relay it to the product development team, and contribute ideas for product enhancements or new features.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Digital Media Experience: Preferred, but not required.
  • Quick Learning Ability: Ability to quickly learn processes and utilize tools, including proprietary software.
