Senior Logistics Professional – Preferably from established cargo, LTL, or trucking logistics companies with a deep understanding of domestic transport networks
End-to-End Operational Expertise – Strong track record in hub & linehaul management, fleet operations, and route optimization
Scalability Mindset – Experienced in building operational systems, SOPs, and performance tracking at scale
Collaborative Leader – Capable of managing large operational teams, coordinating with cargo partners, and working cross-functionally to drive results
