Responsibilities

  • Represent the Skechers brand in the best possible way
  • Inspire and lead customer experiences with excellence, both in marketing visual and product presentation, and customer service
  • Act as a people-focused leader, training and advising the store team
  • Develop employee skills to maximize sales potential by expanding product knowledge, setting customer service expectations, and optimizing visual presentation standards
  • Lead the onboarding of new employees to the team, ensuring a positive onboarding experience
  • Manage store planning needs, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
  • Act as a product expert and brand ambassador for Skechers
  • Ensure recruitment, training, and retention of store staff
  • Establish robust operational processes to drive profitability and maximize results
  • Master all store operations, systems, and processes, including point-of-sale operations, stock management, reporting, etc
  • Ensure all safety routines and measures are in place
