Represent the Skechers brand in the best possible way
Inspire and lead customer experiences with excellence, both in marketing visual and product presentation, and customer service
Act as a people-focused leader, training and advising the store team
Develop employee skills to maximize sales potential by expanding product knowledge, setting customer service expectations, and optimizing visual presentation standards
Lead the onboarding of new employees to the team, ensuring a positive onboarding experience
Manage store planning needs, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
Act as a product expert and brand ambassador for Skechers
Ensure recruitment, training, and retention of store staff
Establish robust operational processes to drive profitability and maximize results
Master all store operations, systems, and processes, including point-of-sale operations, stock management, reporting, etc
Ensure all safety routines and measures are in place
