Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Skechers Store Manager, you will represent the Skechers brand in the best possible way, inspire and lead the customer experience through excellence in marketing, product, and customer service, and act as a people-focused leader, training and advising the store team. You will develop employee skills to maximize sales potential, lead new employee onboarding, manage store planning needs, serve as a product expert and brand ambassador, ensure recruitment, training, and retention of store staff, establish robust operational processes to drive profitability, master all store operations, systems, and processes, and guarantee all safety routines are in place.
