Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience as a systems administrator, including prior experience in a helpdesk environment, and demonstrated experience with administration across a wide range of applications and platforms. They should also be able to lift up to 35 pounds and have a presence in the NYC office for at least two to three days per week, with some short-term travel within the United States required for project-based assignments.

Responsibilities

The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for answering IT tickets, quickly resolving system failures and troubleshooting issues, managing new hire onboarding, equipment purchases, and inventory management, managing and deploying MDM software and patching policies, managing user accounts, credentials, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations, securing system integrity from breaches and viruses, playing an essential role in risk-mitigation planning, researching upcoming products and service protocols, and assisting with A/V setup and breakdowns.
