Systems Administrator
Motley Fool- Full Time
- Junior (1 to 2 years)
Candidates must live near the Denver office and have a commute of less than one hour in case of emergencies. They should have experience working with Apple Macs, hardware, performance, and application troubleshooting, as well as administration experience with Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace (two out of three). Basic scripting experience in Bash or Python and familiarity with Github are considered nice-to-haves. Experience supporting executives and providing “white glove” support is also beneficial.
The IT Administrator will handle end-user support issues on Mac, Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, manage the Denver office’s video conferencing systems, provide on-call Tier 1 IT support for the Mountain timezone, perform configuration changes on key systems, help with OS and application updates, and contribute to identifying areas for improvement and automation. They will also support executive users and participate in a 90-day plan including learning Virta systems, meeting key stakeholders, completing project plans, and migrating to an AI-first support platform.
