Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Analytics, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably within real estate or infrastructure settings. A strong analytical mindset, proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Familiarity with Agile and hybrid methodologies is required, and PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is preferred. Experience with IT components of office buildouts or relocations and knowledge of IT infrastructure are considered advantageous.
