Familiarity with online training courses for licensing and continuing education is preferred.
The Real Estate Curriculum Reviewer will conduct comprehensive research on state-specific real estate licensing requirements and stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and exam content outlines. Responsibilities include reviewing and auditing existing courses for brokers and salespersons to ensure content accuracy and compliance with state requirements, identifying gaps or outdated information, and auditing the existing practice question bank for alignment with current state exam questions and formats. The role also involves reviewing and evaluating new practice questions for relevance, accuracy, and compliance, and revising and updating practice questions as needed.
