New York Real Estate Curriculum Reviewer (Contract)

Study.com is seeking experienced Real Estate professionals to evaluate and update our Real Estate content. The goal is to ensure our materials meet current academic standards and industry requirements. We are looking for individuals who are knowledgeable in their field, detail-oriented, and capable of analyzing content organization. This is an online, remote contract role, paid hourly.

Position Overview

This role involves ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and relevance of Study.com's Real Estate curriculum, with a specific focus on New York State requirements.

Responsibilities

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive research on state-specific real estate licensing requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and exam content outlines in New York.

Course Auditing:

• Review and audit existing courses for brokers and salespersons to ensure content accuracy and compliance with New York State requirements.
• Identify gaps or outdated information in course materials and recommend necessary updates.

Question Bank Management:

• Audit the existing practice question bank to ensure alignment with current New York State exam questions and formats.
• Review and evaluate new practice questions for relevance, accuracy, and compliance with New York-specific regulations.
• Revise and update practice questions as needed to maintain the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Active real estate license in good standing.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in state-specific real estate licensing requirements, particularly in New York.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with online training courses for licensing and continuing education.
