Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with direct experience in infrastructure and security programs, and a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration. They should be adept at establishing milestones, managing dependencies, and delivering iteratively, along with the ability to create and execute communication plans and report on program health metrics. Furthermore, they should be capable of mentoring junior team members and participating in engineering citizenship activities.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure and Security, the individual will collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Security teams to deliver high-priority technical programs, work across Engineering, Product, and Design teams to determine feasibility and timelines, create and facilitate meetings to ensure transparency, establish and report on program health metrics, develop partnerships with stakeholders, lead post-program analysis, and mentor junior members of the Engineering organization. They will also participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs and strengthening hiring processes.
