Experience leading and managing teams of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers is required, along with experience in agile delivery methodologies. Familiarity with DevSecOps and Software Architecture teams is also necessary.

The manager will also maintain a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, assist with budget management, and stay updated on technology trends.
