A strong aptitude for mentoring and coaching developers is required, along with deep hands-on technical expertise in modern web technologies, SaaS architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and scalable backend/frontend systems. Experience building and shipping features for large-scale B2B SaaS applications in fast-paced environments and a commitment to continuous technical learning are also essential.
The Team Lead will contribute to PartnerStack's codebase, primarily using Python/Vue, and set examples for best practices. They will balance hands-on coding with people leadership, focusing on developing and enabling team members. Responsibilities include driving efficient delivery through Agile/Scrum practices, fostering collaboration with Product Management and Design, providing direct coaching and mentorship, guiding technical decisions, and championing a positive, inclusive, and productive team culture.
