Requirements

The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing modern cloud-based data platforms and a strong understanding of data management challenges. Experience with Azure Synapse, MS Purview, Power BI, Databricks, Cognite, knowledge graph databases, RPA, AI/ML, DevOps, MLOps, cybersecurity, data privacy, FERC, and SOX is required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is expected.

Responsibilities

The IT Manager will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of data products and solutions on enterprise data and analytics platforms. They will translate business priorities to scale platform capabilities for advanced analytics, reporting, and AI/ML solutions. This role involves designing and evolving data integration patterns, leading the design and implementation of RPA and Agentic AI solutions, and managing the cloud-based Data Operations and Contextualization platform. Responsibilities also include overseeing the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models and platforms, leading cross-functional projects, establishing monitoring and cost optimization processes, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements, and managing external partners and internal teams.
