The Data Development and Analytics Platforms team is instrumental in developing, managing, and delivering high-quality, reusable data products that empower enterprise analytics and decision-making. As the Data Platforms Manager, you will spearhead the delivery, governance, and evolution of enterprise data and analytics platforms that underpin business-critical functions. This position ensures our platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience managing modern cloud-based data platforms and a profound understanding of data management challenges and opportunities.
This role involves managing staff, setting strategic direction, and deploying resources. You will be accountable for employee development, performance reviews, pay reviews, and staffing decisions, as well as for business, functional, or operational areas, processes, and programs.
