  • Knowledge of IT-related Sales Execution, Enablement, Effectiveness, Performance, and Analytics solutions
  • Ability to act as a steady, trusted advisor and change agent, driving business transformation
  • Capability to understand executive priorities, provide concise updates on progress/challenges/solutions, and proactively anticipate concerns
  • Experience coordinating vision and strategy efforts across regions while ensuring platform consistency with localized nuances
  • Strong strategic decision-making skills to influence direction, foster cross-functional collaboration, break down silos, and optimize cohesive effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align global IT and business strategies, ensuring programs, projects, and applications support business growth, HCP engagement, and patient care
  • Manage the global IT portfolio for Commercial Excellence across all regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
  • Drive business-technology strategy and road-mapping, define business cases, and capture/showcase business value
  • Partner closely with Vice President, Divisional Vice President, and 12+ Business Directors and Country Managers as a trusted advisor
  • Drive business transformation with span of control over IT-related Sales Execution, Enablement, Effectiveness, Performance, and Analytics solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities and shape demand based on business needs and enterprise IT strategies for future capabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across regions, aligning IT strategies to regional challenges/opportunities
  • Drive governance, strategic alignment, and demand-shaping in-region for Commercial Excellence, AI, and Advanced Analytics
  • Regularly engage with Global Commercial Director and Divisional VP of ADC IT to understand priorities, pain points, and provide relevant updates focused on outcomes/impact
  • Coordinate Commercial Excellence vision and strategy across ADC regions in partnership with business and IT delivery teams
  • Ensure consistency in platform enablement while accommodating localized nuances
  • Influence organization’s strategic direction by fostering cross-functional collaboration, breaking down silos, and aligning technology with business goals
