Requirements

  • Completed degree, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable education
  • Experience in the Software Delivery Lifecycle with in-depth knowledge in leading Business Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Rollout, and Operations of IT products
  • Experience in one or more core areas of the insurance sector, preferably having supported large-scale modernization programs in this environment
  • Extensive experience leading IT implementation projects, collaborating with international teams, and in Sales, Stakeholder Management, Contract Design, Expectation Management, and Performance Control
  • Clear and confident communication in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Lead medium-sized to large digital transformation projects in the insurance sector, steering interdisciplinary, highly qualified teams
  • Deliver major IT projects on time and with highest quality, ensuring Delivery Excellence even for the most complex challenges
  • Demonstrate to top management how modern AI technologies, flexible IT delivery models, future-proof software architectures, and scalable IT infrastructure open new possibilities
  • Shape digital strategies from planning to implementation, end-to-end across all functions and technologies
  • Coordinate a team of specialists from around the world, leveraging Accenture's global Centers of Excellence and technology partners as needed
