Requirements

Completed degree, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable education
Experience in the Software Delivery Lifecycle with in-depth knowledge in leading Business Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Rollout, and Operations of IT products
Experience in one or more core areas of the insurance sector, preferably having supported large-scale modernization programs in this environment
Extensive experience leading IT implementation projects, collaborating with international teams, and in Sales, Stakeholder Management, Contract Design, Expectation Management, and Performance Control
Clear and confident communication in German and English

Responsibilities

Lead medium-sized to large digital transformation projects in the insurance sector, steering interdisciplinary, highly qualified teams
Deliver major IT projects on time and with highest quality, ensuring Delivery Excellence even for the most complex challenges
Demonstrate to top management how modern AI technologies, flexible IT delivery models, future-proof software architectures, and scalable IT infrastructure open new possibilities
Shape digital strategies from planning to implementation, end-to-end across all functions and technologies
Coordinate a team of specialists from around the world, leveraging Accenture's global Centers of Excellence and technology partners as needed
