Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role, with prior experience working with managed service providers being a plus. Familiarity with SaaS license management and endpoint provisioning is also required, alongside strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
The IT Administrator will partner with the managed service provider to oversee day-to-day IT operations and projects, serve as a point of escalation for Advisors and internal users, manage the procurement, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software, oversee user access and license management, identify opportunities to streamline IT processes, and collaborate with team members across departments to support ongoing technology initiatives and improvements.
