Responsibilities

  • Excel-based project financial modeling, structuring support, and ad-hoc investment analysis
  • Build and maintain project financial models throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from inception through operations
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders (Business Development, Project Development, Engineering, O&M, Procurement, Tax, Data Science, Legal, Capital Markets) to ensure accurate and consistent project information
  • Prepare and present pricing and final investment memos to the Chief Executive Officer and investment committee
  • Analyze and evaluate strategic corporate M&A opportunities
  • Provide modeling support and guidance to Capital Markets team on debt and tax equity project financings
  • Assist with pricing, negotiation, and evaluation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and battery tolling agreements, focusing on performance forecasting
