Responsibilities

Excel-based project financial modeling, structuring support, and ad-hoc investment analysis
Build and maintain project financial models throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from inception through operations
Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders (Business Development, Project Development, Engineering, O&M, Procurement, Tax, Data Science, Legal, Capital Markets) to ensure accurate and consistent project information
Prepare and present pricing and final investment memos to the Chief Executive Officer and investment committee
Analyze and evaluate strategic corporate M&A opportunities
Provide modeling support and guidance to Capital Markets team on debt and tax equity project financings
Assist with pricing, negotiation, and evaluation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and battery tolling agreements, focusing on performance forecasting
