Ensure CVX is aware of and presented with all interesting investment opportunities in the market
Create and maintain a continuous, high-quality deal flow
Analyze companies, markets, industries, and teams to inform investment decisions
Negotiate term sheets and secure favorable investment terms
Present investment opportunities to the investment committee
Manage investment processes with partners and successfully close investment rounds
Manage your own portfolio and oversee the entire deal journey from initial sourcing and analysis to closing investment rounds
Generate a high-quality deal flow and ensure swift decision-making to secure the best investment opportunities
