5+ years of experience, ideally from management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, high-growth startups, or similar dynamic environments
Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of everything you do
Deep engagement in venture capital and startup environment with a passion for analysis and investment in companies
Ability to gather people and build strong relationships
Skilled at communicating effectively at management and board level
Ability to win the trust of business leaders
Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Define and execute your strategy and continuously adapt it
Lead the Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions
Have responsibility for the Danish P&L and overall operations
Grow and retain a large and valuable pool of partners
Develop and lead a top-tier team of 15 people within sales, board management, events & members, and marketing
Identify and attract the best investment cases
Lead investment deals from start to finish – from deal sourcing to investment
Represent CVX at events, meetings, conferences, etc
