Candidates should possess strong Swiss and German payroll experience with a minimum of three years, solid functional knowledge of payroll processing and best practices, excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to adapt to change. Fluency in German and English is required, and additional language skills are considered an advantage.
The International Payroll Lead/Analyst will liaise with internal stakeholders to verify and collect payroll data, prepare data for submission to payroll providers, review and reconcile payroll data, handle employee and third-party inquiries, ensure up-to-date records and processes, implement new country payrolls compliantly and efficiently, provide cover support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure smooth transitions of payroll providers.
