Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a related field (music, entertainment, advertising, media, productions or related fields highly desirable)
  • Passion for music: loves going to concerts, attending gigs, discovering new artists from different genres, creating music playlists
  • Creative, agile, with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to express ideas clearly to stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute innovative end-to-end marketing campaigns for international roster of artists under UMG labels and other projects as assigned by the Head of International Marketing and International Marketing Managers
  • Create pitch presentations and reports to regional and global marketing leads specific to the projects handled (e.g., fulfillment of plans, impact of plans, local recommendations)
  • Discover marketing opportunities and build relationships among partners and communities to contribute to the growth objectives of the International Marketing Department
  • Monitor fulfillment of plans between vendors, service providers, and community partners (e.g., events and creative agencies, media, fan communities, experience partners) and ensure effectiveness of campaigns executed
  • Use insights and data to identify target audiences and trends to inspire unique online and offline marketing strategies
  • Support key campaigns of International Marketing Managers, especially for special projects such as showcases, promo tours with international artists, events, gigs, album launches, etc
  • Liaise with Regional and Global Marketing Leads for all marketing and ad hoc requests
