Monitoring business results and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels and identifying potential bottlenecks and opportunities to ensure the achievement of agreed-upon business objectives

Ensuring insurance results align with the insurance budget and P&L objectives
Continuously optimizing existing insurance activities through improved sales results, sales processes, and insurance products

Ensuring insurance activities align with the headquarters and that reporting meets the specified requirements
