A diploma or certification in Instructional Designing is preferred, along with expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design models like ADDIE and SAM, and UX principles. Excellent English grammar and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new authoring tools and AI functionalities. Project management skills and an awareness of integrated customer experience and sales prospecting are also required. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
The Instructional Designer & Content Specialist will design and develop engaging learning content using AI tools, including eLearning, animated videos, demos, simulations, gamification, and assessments. They will create and maintain playbooks outlining processes and strategies for sales and customer engagement, and develop persuasive sales scripts aligned with buyer journeys. Responsibilities also include designing a content reckoner for pre-, during-, and post-call work, exploring new content platforms and AI technologies, and partnering with subject matter experts to create scalable resources. Additionally, they will develop and update Knowledge Base articles, manage digital content across platforms, and maintain a content calendar with timely implementation of change management.
