Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in content design or presentation design, supported by a portfolio showcasing strong layout, hierarchy, and storytelling skills. Familiarity with common business communication formats, experience designing multimedia educational content, and proficiency in Figma are required. A clear, thoughtful writing style, particularly in UX or instructional content, and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, iterative environment are also necessary. US hours are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Content Designer will design and maintain slide templates for common business use cases and build example decks for the inspiration gallery to demonstrate best practices. They will create short video tutorials and walkthroughs to support user onboarding and product adoption, and write concise UX copy to guide users through product workflows. The role involves providing practical input on template and slide behavior based on real-world business needs and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure consistency.
