Requirements

Responsibilities

The Institutional & B2B Content Manager will develop high-quality, segment-specific content for institutional audiences, including educational primers, white papers, case studies, collateral, and market insights to position Kraken as a trusted thought leader. They will produce compelling content assets that power lead generation campaigns, nurture programs, and sales conversations, supporting deal velocity and account growth across institutional and B2B segments. The role involves partnering with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales to align messaging and ensure content is designed effectively for distribution across social media, web, newsletters, and performance marketing campaigns. Additionally, the manager will leverage crypto and financial market trends, product developments, and client use cases to create timely, data-driven narratives that resonate with institutional buyers. They will also build and maintain a steady cadence of institutional newsletters, insights, and executive-ready materials to elevate Kraken’s brand with thought leadership and reinforce its reputation as the partner of choice for sophisticated market participants.
