Requirements

Recent graduate of Collin College or Dallas College with eligible degrees or certifications (Level 1 Certificate in Electronic Engineering Technology, Level 2 Certificate in Electronic Engineering Technology, or Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology)
Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Possess a valid state driver’s license
Lift and move up to 60 lbs. (some ladders weigh 50-60 lbs.)
Weigh less than 275 lbs. (required for ladder safety)
At times work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
Be available for overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday work
Identify wire and cable colors
Qualify on pre-employment assessments

Responsibilities

Install the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and businesses
Provide seamless installation and activation of state-of-the-art technology
Elevate the customer experience and deliver best-in-class service
Introduce customers to the world’s most robust network
Solve problems independently while working at customer sites (e.g., putting in a new line, climbing a ladder, plugging in and activating a Wi-Fi network)
