Requirements

Responsibilities

The Inside Solutions Engineer will proactively lead technical discovery conversations to qualify customer requirements and use cases, building out bills of materials to meet customer needs. They will conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to audiences ranging from 1 to 50 people, keeping partners and customers informed about new solutions and industry trends. This role involves leading remote partner product trials, building and maintaining a personal lab for demo requests, serving as a technical lead for proof of concepts, participating in beta testing and feedback, teaming with support to preserve partner and customer relationships, and supporting key technical marketing initiatives. Furthermore, the engineer will develop expertise to a PoC level in at least three SonicWall product areas.
