Responsibilities

  • Handle and qualify all inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities
  • Research, identify, prioritize, and track sales ready leads within assigned territories
  • Seek new business opportunities and maintain knowledge of new products and competitors’ offerings
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails, presenting the company’s products, systems, and services
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable Logitech for Business products or Solutions
  • Build relationships by delivering presentations and product demos highlighting key advantages
  • Work closely with Logitech Sales Representatives and Channel Partners to build a solid sales pipeline and close deals
  • Set up and facilitate meetings or calls between prospective clients and Logitech Enterprise or Channel Reps
  • Handle inbound leads efficiently, qualifying prospects and scheduling qualified meetings with decisionmakers
  • Follow up using a consistent contact attempt strategy to nurture and qualify leads
  • Support the creation and prioritization of strategic target account lists and key contacts
  • Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and account progress in Salesforce
  • Ensure timely and accurate tracking of lead lifecycle stages and sales activities
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation metrics through detailed reporting
  • Meet monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed sales
  • Follow leadership strategies to achieve measurable targets and contribute to our team’s success
  • Stay current with company products, market trends, and competitor insights
  • Implement and refine best practices within the sales process for improved efficiency
