Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, and a minimum of one year of experience in a sales or customer service role within the electronics component or high technology industry. Excellent communication skills, both in speaking and writing, are required, along with strong time management and organizational abilities, including the capacity to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also necessary.
The Inside Sales Representative will prepare quotations and pricing received from customers within established timelines, fulfill orders regarding MOQ/MPQ/LT pricing and part numbers, handle changes in pricing and quality issues, process customer claims, and build relationships with customers by initiating discussions on business opportunities. They may also provide administrative support to Field Sales, handle sample requests, and offer guidance on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
