Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience, a minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience preferably in a technology discipline, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for customers, maintaining and growing existing security sales, delivering a quota of outbound calls to new prospective partners, engaging and developing prospects to convert them to OpenEye Partners, providing key order information to customers, answering main phone lines, resolving customer issues professionally, providing sales support and follow-up for outside sales teams, answering price and availability questions, building relationships with regional accounts, dealers, and distribution partners through webinars and presentations, preparing for and attending trade shows, and creating a positive experience and relationship with all customers.
