Requirements

Candidates should possess 2+ years of software sales experience, preferably within or selling to Managed Services Providers (MSPs) with channel sales experience, and a track record of exceeding sales quotas. They should have an understanding of MSPs and the platforms they operate, along with experience managing full sales cycles and proficiency with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs, and web-conference demos. Cybersecurity experience and knowledge of the Information Security industry are highly desired.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative will proactively target new Managed Services Partners through prospecting and lead generation campaigns, manage active relationships with MSPs, differentiate KeeperMSP’s offerings from competitors, manage their schedule to include both existing relationship expansion and new MSP prospecting, prioritize channel partnerships, articulate and demonstrate the Keeper MSP platform, maintain contractual documentation, participate in cold call/role play activities, leverage Salesforce.com, facilitate the proposal review process, support Senior MSP representatives, and contribute to a supportive but independent workplace while growing the organization.
